General Terms

  1. Habtoor Hotels membership and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of Habtoor Hotels, and all the interpretations of the programme Terms & Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Habtoor Hotels.
  2. The card is issued by, and remains the property of Habtoor Hotels.
  3. Habtoor Hotels has the right to change, limit or cancel programme rules, regulations, rewards and reward levels, with or without notice at any time, even when changes may affect the value of points or rewards already accumulated.
  4. Habtoor Hotels reserves the right to discontinue membership for any member who acts in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws, rules or regulations.
  5. Habtoor Hotels card membership and benefits are provided where available, at the sole discretion of the company, and shall be considered void where prohibited by law.
  6. Membership to the programme does not involve any charge.
  7. Membership to Gold can be acquired by opting for the Fast track. This offer is open only to residents of Dubai.
  8. Only individuals may enrol in the programme and members cannot maintain membership in or earn points on multiple accounts. The card is not transferable and shall be used exclusively by the card holder for his own incidentals.
  9. The membership is valid for 2 years from the date of joining or tier upgrading. Points older than 2 years will expire and therefore canceled from the Loyalty program.
  10. The basic Loyalty membership is free of charge. In case you loose your card a replacement can be ordered at the cost of AED 50.

Earning Points

  1. Loyalty members are eligible to earn points only once they have enrolled in the program and their membership has been activated.
  2. Please quote your membership number at the time of making a reservation and present your membership card at check-in or when dining in one of the restaurants.
  3. Your membership card must be presented upon check-out and while settling your restaurant bill so that the points can be updated on the card. Points are only earned by the member who pays the bill.
  4. Loyal Points will be awarded during your stay at any of the Habtoor Hotels for charges on room, food & beverage, room service, mini-bar, telephone and fax, laundry and business centre only.
  5. In restaurants and bars, Loyal points can be earned and redeemed for tobacco and shisha.
  6. All membership cards are eligible for earning points for any special events, happy hours or any publicly offered benefits and entitlements
  7. Room rate revenues can only be earned through direct settlement, at Habtoor Hotels, upon check out. Those points will be credited 24 hours after your departure
  8. Loyal Points for your expenditure in Habtoor Hotels restaurants will be credited to your card once you settle your bill.
  9. Whenever you are redeeming points in part, Loyal points will be awarded for restaurants and lounge expenditure on the amount paid after the deduction of points redeemed.
  10. Points will not be awarded on conferences, banquets, private functions, tips, service charge, tax, paid outs or another individuals stay.
  11. Points cannot be earned for complimentary rooms, barters, layovers, airline crews and on any room rate revenues charged to a third party (agency, company etc.)
  12. For redeemed accommodations, no points can be earned for the room charges, however you will earn points on other incidental charges.
  13. Long term rental rates for apartments and suites are not eligible to earn points due to its special rate program and due to the discount already given within the hotel facilities. All other extra charges are eligible for earning points.
  14. For missing points, claims have to be sent within 2 months of transaction date. Missing points for room stays can be claimed via our website. For restaurants the member has to send a letter along with the copy of the bill to our service centre.
  15. Missing points for restaurant spends cannot be claimed without valid copy of the bill.

Tier Status

  1. Members may earn tier status based on the qualifying criteria for each of the tiers.
  2. A member can earn the Loyal Gold tier by opting for the Fast-track.
  3. Only the points earned on qualified expenditure in Habtoor Hotels will be considered for tier-status evaluation.
  4. Any bonus points, if and when earned, will not be considered for tier-status evaluation.
  5. The validity of any tier is for a period of 24 months from the month of being enrolled or upgraded to that tier.

Reward Redemption

  1. Redemption cannot be made until you are in receipt of a permanent personalised membership card.
  2. Points will not be awarded on redemptions, conferences, banquets, private functions, tips, service charge, tax, paid outs or for other individual accommodation.
  3. Points will be deducted as soon as a request for room redemption is made.
  4. Issued accommodation vouchers can not be changed for cash, into points or any other form of goods or services. Please allow 14 days for delivery of vouchers.
  5. Reward vouchers cannot be reissued if lost, stolen or destroyed.
  6. For room night redemptions, hotel guarantee and length of stay restrictions apply.
  7. Cancellation and No-show policy will apply for Reward night reservations.
  8. Partial redemption is only applicable in the restaurants and bars while settling the invoice; where partly can be paid by cash and partly by Loyal points. Loyal points will only be awarded on the amount paid after the deduction of redeemed points.
  9. Redemption rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, points or any other form of goods or services.
  10. Black-out periods apply for redemptions both for rooms and F&B; this will be communicated as and when applicable.
